Get in touch with us using our online form so we can get to know you and your style better! Let us know if you'd like to customise a piece from our collection or to have one specially made for you. If you're not sure what you're after and would like styling advice, feel free to send us photos of your hairstyle and wedding dress directly and we'll be happy to help you in the process of finding the perfect piece!

After understanding and agreeing on the overall design details of your piece, we will send you a quote and confirm production and delivery timeframes. Once you approve it, we'll set up a private listing for you to place your order then we'll start working on your piece once payment has been made. 

To help you better envision your piece before we start working on it, we will send you photos of the materials and components - in your colour palette - that will best suit the style you're after. Once you've made your selection, production will start and close up photos of the layout and the piece in progress will be sent to you for approval. This process means that you will be closely involved in the design and that you'll be able to request suggestions and minor changes. 

We will wrap up your piece and deliver it to you after you've given us the green light! You'll be able to follow its journey from our studio to you  whenever you like.
