Lace is one of my all-time favourite fabrics to work with. I love that it comes in different patterns and softness and always puts my imagination to work.
I recently had the honour to create a special piece for Bride-to-be Noela, from beautiful Germany.
Noela was looking for a garter set to match her ultra feminine fit and flare - or should I say mermaid - wedding dress. Her vision was for an embroidered lace garter to match her stunning Hayley Page gown with blush underlay.
Inspired by the beautiful sequined pattern of her dress, I created this two tones fully laced garter set using blush lace and floral lace elements enhanced with contrasting Swarovski pearls. And here comes a beautiful heirloom that will be dearly cherished for years to come and eventually passed down one day.
